Litanies to the child God
Next, we will show you several litanies to the Child God either to thank, praise or make a request to the newborn Son of God; These litanies, you can also dedicate them to a newborn baby, to be blessed and protected by the mantle of the Child Jesus.
As we are approaching Christmas, these prayers will come in handy too, to celebrate the Nativity of Jesus; so you can use these litanies to the Child God, no problem on the holidays.
First litany

Second litany
“Divine child Jesus, verb of the eternal father, convert me. Son of Mary, take me as your son. My teacher, teach me. Prince of peace, give me peace. My refuge, receive me ”.
“My shepherd, feed my soul. Patience model, comfort me. Meek and humble of heart, help me to be like you ”.
"My redeemer, save me. My god and my everything, direct me. Eternal truth, instruct me. My support, give me strength. My justice, justify me. Mediated with my father, reconcile me. Physician of my soul, heal me. My judge, forgive me. My King, rule me ”.
“Sanctification mine, sanctify me. Well of goodness, forgive me. Living bread from heaven, nurture me ”.
"Father of the prodigal, receive me."
“Joy of my soul, be my only happiness. Help me, assist me. Magnet of love, attract me ”.
“My protector, defend me. My hope, support me ”.

Third litany
“Lord have mercy on us, Christ have mercy on us. Lord have mercy on us, Christ hear us, Christ hear us ”.
"Heavenly Father who are God, have mercy on us."
"God the redeemer of the world, have mercy on us."
"God holy spirit, have mercy on us."
“Holy trinity that you are one god, have mercy on us. Holy Mary, pray for us. Mother of the Redeemer, pray for us ”.
"Joseph's wife, pray for us."
"Heavenly inspiration, pray for us."
“Real sun, pray for us. Patriarch of justice, pray for us ”.
"Deposit of kindness, pray for us."
“After faith, pray for us. Ark of happiness, pray for us ”.
"God humanized, beginning and end of things, pray for us."
Some indications about this third litany
To carry out this litany, two things must be taken into account; which is vital to do it correctly:
- The first paragraph should be repeated one more time, before moving on to the next fragment.
- It is very common in certain places that, at the end of the second paragraph, there is a brief pause and a Christmas carol or Christmas gift is sung; then it continues as normal.
