Learn a powerful prayer of thanks

When we pray at night, we often ask for thanks and blessings that are important to our fulfillment, but we can never forget to thank you for what we already have. Whether listing what makes us happy or even making a prayer of thanks.

A very good way to thank you is to read a psalm, which has verses that make us reflect and facilitate contact with the Higher Plan. Try it for a week and see how it feels.

Prayer of Thanksgiving - Psalm 30

“I will exalt you, Lord, because you have delivered me;
you didn't let them exult
upon me my enemies
Sir my God
I cried with you and was healed.
Lord, my soul was taken from you
of the abode of the dead;
among those who descend to the grave,
You saved me
Oh you faithful of the Lord,
sing your glory, give thanks
to his holy name
Because your indignation lasts
only a moment
While your benevolence is for a lifetime.
In the afternoon comes the crying, but
In the morning the joy returns.
But I said, sure of me:
"I will never be shaken."
Lord, please give me honor and power,
but when you hid your face
I was punished.
To you, Lord, I cry
and I implore the mercy of my God.
«What benefit will it bring you?
to recover my life
from my descent to the grave?
Will my dust praise you?
Will it proclaim your faithfulness?
Listen to me, Lord, and have mercy on me;
Lord, come to my aid.
You have turned my mourning into pleasure
you took my robe of penance
and girded me with joy
Then my soul will praise you without ever shutting up.
Sir my God
I will bless you forever.
